Bobby Colomby


Bobby Colomby, born Robert Wayne Colomby on December 20, 1944 in New York City, New York, best known as the original drummer for Blood, Sweat & Tears.

Colomby played drums on 1970 Grammy Award winning Album of the Year, Blood, Sweat & Tears which features hit songs: "Spinning Wheel," "And When I Die," and "You've Made Me So Very Happy."

After numerous member changes within the group, Colomby eventually became the defacto owner of Blood Sweat & Tears name.
