Pete Abbott, born on November 9, 1963 in Los Angeles, CA, is a studio and touring drummer who has had careers in New York City, Oslo (Norway) and now Nashville.
In addition to being a drummer, he works as a string arranger and producer. The following is a list of some of the artists he has worked with in the studio and/or live. The Average White Band -- band member for 5 years and recorded 2 records; Tom Jones; Larry Carlton; Keb Mo'; Freedy Johnston; Phil Ramone; Will Lee; Blood, Sweat & Tears; Noel Pointer; Marianne Faithful; and Mary Clayton.
